What makes our service unique?
Parents and caregivers can be very involved in Physiotherapy, our service is family-centered and interdisciplinary. When physiotherapy is deemed to be useful, then the physiotherapist will propose a treatment plan however we do not think solely in terms of physiotherapy; we think about the mix of therapies that will help the child.
No pre-set programs.
Each child’s program is formulated for their own unique needs and interests.
We pride ourselves on taking a holistic, yet individualized approach to assessing, consulting, treating and collaborating with our clients and their families. Our service has been designed to ultimately help improve the way you and your child process and understand the world. Our priority is the provision of a comprehensive, coordinated service where we include the whole team so that we can develop the best approach for you and your child.
We will work closely with you and the important people in your child’s life (ie. teachers, grandparents, babysitters) to ensure that our therapy principles, programs and interventions are incorporated into everyday activities.
All children are seen in therapy with the parents/carers so that the children feel safe and so that parents/carers can have their questions answered immediately and continue to support this learning at home.
