Diagnostics and Therapy

It can be a challenging time looking for answers to concerns about a loved one. Our team of speech pathologists and clinical psychologists are able to assist you and your child with therapy options and/or undertake a diagnostic assessment which will help you clarify your child’s needs and appropriate course of action.

Speech Pathology

Our team is able to provide assessment and intervention for speech, language, complex communication needs, fluency (stuttering), pragmatic language/social skills, literacy, attention and concentration, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as well as helping with mealtimes/fussy eaters. Our aim is to work in partnership with families and educators to support children from the early intervention age group (0 to 5 years) through to school aged children and adolescents and provide support and advice during important transition times i.e. kindergarten to school.

To assist in clarifying your child’s needs we are able to provide a diagnostic service for children and adolescents suspected of having an autism spectrum disorder; global developmental delay; intellectual disability; genetic disorder; and/or challenging behaviour, and assists individuals with disability to access improved health and education services.
